The homes in Varsity Village range in price from approximately $600,000 to $2M. In 2011 these 5,540 homes were the residences for just over 12,000 people. The boundaries of the community consist of Bow River to the west, Crowchild Trail to the east, 32nd Avenue to the south and 40th Avenue to the north. This community is part of a larger development including Varsity Acres and Varsity Estates.

Transit
Bus routes 9 and 122 provide service for residents of Varsity Village.

Parks & Recreation
Located within the community of Varsity Village is Varsity Acres Park. It consists of two parts, in one simply greenery and trees, and in the other a baseball/softball field. West of the community is the Bowmont Park Natural Area. This Park features a soccer field, baseball field, playgrounds off-leash areas, picnic tables and hiking trails (however it is closed due to flooding).

Over 100 stores, restaurants and more are located at the Market Mall, just like at the nearby Northland Village Shopping Centre. To the west is the West Bowness Shopping Centre, and a lot of freestanding stories surround the community as well.
