Calgary Real Estate Commissions

My commission structure is negotiable. These are conversations that I have in person with prospective clients, but I am going to list figures here as a guideline to how I work.

Initial Listing Commission

7% on the 1st $100,000 and 3% on the remaining balance

If you are a past client or are referred to me by a past client 
OR
You are listing your home with me and buying a home with me

6% on the 1st $100,000 and 3% on the remaining balance

If you are a past client or are referred to me by a past client
AND
You are listing a home and buying a home with me

5% on the 1st $100,000 and 3% on the remaining balance
