Oakbridge is bordered by 90th Avenue SW to the north, 24th Street SW to the east, Southland Drive SW to the south and Oakmount Drive SW to the west. The population of this community was, in 2012, 5,651. Home prices range from $550,000 to $700,000 approximately and styles largely reflect the period when the community was founded in 1968. The community is an affordable option when buyers want to live along the Glenmore Reserve but not pay the Bayview, Mayfair and Bel-Aire prices.

Parks & Recreation
Located in Oakridge is only one park, the Oakwood Park, featuring a baseball diamond. The banks of the Glenmore Reservoir form the border of the community to the north, as well as South Glenmore Park. The park features many amenities like Picnic areas and shelters, hiking trails, cross county skiing, the Glenmore Sailing School, water fountains and washrooms, as well as a polo field, tennis courts and playgrounds. For shopping residents need to drive east to the Glenmore Landing Shopping Centre.
