Seton is a wonderfully well-rounded community. This urban development unique to Calgary consists of 365 acres, 16 of which are devoted to a park. For residents looking for safety there really is no better option with South Health Campus of Alberta Health Services located next door. Brookfield Residential constructed this master-planned community to be higher in population density and adapt well to future growth. 1,300 multi-family and single-family residences make up Seton. Note that much of Seton is still under construction.

Transit
The South Health Campus/Market Street area of Seton includes two LRT stations, but a future LRT line will serve the entirety of Seton.

Parks & Recreation
Seton has no parks within its borders but offers plenty to do when it comes to balancing your work with your play. Much of Seton's recreational offerings are however currently under construction, such as the Seton Recreational Facility. It will have 330,000 square feet of gathering space, a water park, two ice rinks, art space, a theatre, a fitness centre and more. Two shopping centers are located nearby, the Deer Valley Shopping Centre and the Southpointe Shopping Centre.
