Royal Oak is a beautiful community surrounded by many others such as Rocky Ridge, Tuscany, Scenic Acres, Arbour Lake and Citadel. The community is bordered by Rocky Ridge Road to the west, Country Hills Boulevard to the east, Stoney Trail to the south and Country Hills Boulevard again to the north. The community is new, as it was established in 1998, and had a population of 11,252 as of 2012; these persons resided in 3,950 homes ranging in price from $400k to $1.5M approximately.
